Soda Studio is a strategic product design agency based in Amsterdam, founded in 2012 and part of MakerStreet. Our team of 20 designers, researchers and strategists partners with organisations like Heineken, ING, bol, Fairphone, Mastercard, FMO and Fugro to make better product decisions — from first insight to scaled delivery.

We combine product strategy, UX/UI design, user research and design operations into one practice, helping teams move from complexity to clarity. Whether we're defining a product's north star, designing the experience, validating it with real users, or embedding design capacity within an organisation, we focus on outcomes that last beyond the project.
