Social Nomads | by 22STARS connects people, purpose, and place.

Behind 22STARS is Stella Airoldi, social entrepreneur and founder of the 22STARS ecosystem. 22STARS is a social enterprise, with part of its profits donated to the 22STARS Foundation to support long term community programs in Uganda.

With Social Nomads we design and host immersive impact journeys to Uganda, offering participants the opportunity to engage directly with grassroots projects in education, entrepreneurship, clean water, and community wellbeing, led by trusted local leaders.

Beyond travel, Social Nomads operates as a social impact platform. We speak at international events and conferences, facilitate dialogue around responsible impact, and advise donors, organizations, and changemakers on ethical, strategic, and long term engagement.

Built on more than a decade of on the ground experience in Uganda, our work is rooted in local leadership, long term commitment, and meaningful relationships, not one off interventions.

Social Nomads is for individuals and organizations who want to move beyond inspiration and turn purpose into action.
