Een Sociaal Innovatie Centrum (SIC) is een innovatief onderwijsconcept van Fontys Hogescholen in samenwerking met externe partners op het gebied van sociale innovaties. Het Sociaal Innovatie Centrum (SIC) Werkgeluk in Helmond is een samenwerking tussen Fontys Hogeschool HRM en Psychologie en Driessen Groep. Studenten werken daar samen aan het thema werkgeluk.
Er is een toenemende behoefte aan expertise en praktische ondersteuning bij organisaties rondom dit thema. Hierin kan het SIC Werkgeluk een belangrijke bijdrage leveren.
