Teachers, principals and parents are connected in their recognition of the intrinsic worth of education. It is a source of inspiration and motivation through which schools take shape and innovate. The school is part of the bigger education system comprising policy makers, legislators, administrators, and inspectors. Their key responsibility is to develop a long-term vision on education in which the education needs of children are in line with the education needs of a developing society. Such long-term vision is important for education practitioners because that vision determines the way schools are organised, and content and methods of teaching and learning. If visions on good education differ, tensions will unfold between that what educators want and what administrators decide. We foster motivation and inspiration in education, and sustain innovation by strengthening personal leadership skills of teachers, principals, policy-makers, and administrators. We design and conduct training programmes to support education reform processes. The programmes equip participants with personal leadership skills, empowering them to effectively lead changes in education systems, school organisation, and teaching conditions, and to maintain results.
