About SmithDavidson Gallery
Founded in 1969. Originally named Leslie Smith Gallery after its founder, the gallery changed its name to SmithDavidson in 2015. A second generation business, the SmithDavidson Gallery's collection and program consist of two main pillars: Modern and Contemporary Art. Special attention is given to Australian Indigenous Art. A speciality of David Smith, this movement forms an important part of the collection, and over the last 10 years, has become one of the world's foremost dealers of Aboriginal Art.
