About Silvare Development

Silvare Development derives its name from the Latin word 'Silva Vetus", (which translates to primeval forest) and Real Estate (re). Merging these results in Silvare Development; Project Development with wood.

We have started our company from a mutual ambition to make changes within the construction world. Our passion for more sustainable buildings and processes, and realising the responsibility of professionals within this generation, brought us together.

Silvare is a young and innovative company, the owners have a wealth of experience in the international real estate market, sustainability advisory and technology.

Silvare sets itsef in the market with project development in wood, for a low CO2 emission and CO2 storage. We will build our developments energy neutral and a joy to life or work. We have a passion for aesthetically pleasing buildings, which pass the modern-day criteria for its residents, with a clear eye focussed on the environment at the same time.
