SROS exclusively works in the domain of large industrial mechanical systems like Semiconductor equipment, Aerospace components and assemblies, SpaceTech, Industrial automation platforms, Energy systems, Automotive development, any environment where manufacturing is involved and dependence on a vast supply chain network is prominent.

While the consultancy itself is significantly different from conventional advisory firms catering to the M&As and investors. We look beyond the financial numbers. Revenue, EBITDA and working capital describe the economic result of an industrial system, but they do not necessarily reveal the engineering capability that created it.

In complex industrial companies, enormous value can remain hidden inside product architecture, manufacturing know-how, customer qualification, supplier networks, specialist people, precision processes and technologies that may have taken decades to develop.

Our work asks a different investment question: What engineering capability are we actually buying, what is preventing it from creating more value today, and how can that capability be compounded under new ownership?
