Shipping Company Groningen, SCG, is a Dutch company which was founded at the end of 2016 by a merger of three shipping companies; Navigia, Feederlines and Thorco Shipping Holland.

Navigia started its activities in 1996, as a German Shipping company Reederei Schöning. Since 2012 the company is owned and managed by Jan van Breden and Eric Bos.

Feederlines was founded in the year 1995 as a subsidiary of the German Hartmann Group. Jan van der Laan took over the company in 2016.

Otto Torenbosch managed the Dutch section of Danish Thorco Projects. Thorco Projects is specialized in project cargoes and is part of the Thornico Group.
