Shiatsu Masunaga Amsterdam is a shiatsu studio in East-Amsterdam, founded in 2004 and run by certified shiatsu practitioner Cordula Quadt.

Shiatsu offers relief for a variety of problems (e.g. stress, RSI, sleep disturbances, digestive problems, menstrual irregularities, tense muscles, headaches, and pain in the neck, shoulder or back).

Using the principles of natural gravity, I work on the body’s energy channels (meridians) with my thumbs, palms, elbows and lower arms and even with my knees and feet. Treatments take place on a thick mat on the floor.

Taken on a regular basis, Shiatsu will strengthen your resistance to illness and stress and also give you more flexibility and improved posture and movement.

Shiatsu is always a wonderfully relaxing treatment.

The studio is situated in a small office building (the former Burgerziekenhuis) in East-Amsterdam, near Oosterpark and Muiderpoort station. The studio is easily accessible by public transport or by car (street parking is available).
