Innovative problem solving is about enabling a space where a group of people identified with a cause will discuss, define, build and continuously mature a solution to achieve the goal.

Is it either at the role of client or that of vendor, in both cases it is amazing to feel that all stakeholders are just one entity, one team. That moment of the project’s life cycle when you realize that everyone understands what is the target, everyone is identified with it and they will do whatever necessary to achieve and maintain that goal.

This has to do with similar core concepts: commitment, identification, trust, shared vision, generating value.

There are plenty of experts in Technical Documentation. Tons of consultant professionals and thousands of IT companies selling their web, software or mobile development services. Many of them claim to give best advice; being able to translate your company needs and have the right solution to it. Some are able to generate great tools and offer the most innovative approaches. That is of course a very important goal.

However we believe innovation is not (only) about producing the best tool for a customer. It is about understanding each case in order to shape an iterative but durable environment where that solution will mature, evolve and deliver value continuously.
