SHE Performance is thé pregnancy support program for organisations in retaining female talent by connecting and empowering them in their ambitions.

Diversity is crucial for growth and improvement of organisations: companies with a balanced gender ratio are more endurable and more successful. Real-life, it turns out that (expectant) mothers on their way to the top will leave companies, as they experience a lack of understanding of their changed family situation. Sounds familiar? Time for action!

The program of SHE Performance consists three elements: - A personal dashboard and guidance tool for the manager with an overview of the entire pregnancy phase and the first year after childbirth. - Weekly outdoor workouts with Mom in Balance or through the Vitality App - Be the Best You-coaching to find a right work-life balance
