SeraNovo is a drug formulation company specializing in oral drug delivery and bioavailability enhancement for poorly soluble and complex compounds. We partner with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to solve one of the most critical challenges in drug development: enabling molecules to achieve sufficient solubility, absorption, and in vivo exposure. As drug candidates become increasingly complex, including beyond Rule of 5 (bRo5) compounds, protein degraders, and peptides, formulation and delivery limitations have become a major bottleneck. SeraNovo addresses these challenges at the source. Our proprietary NanoGlass™ technology generates and stabilizes amorphous drug nanoparticles in situ, improving dissolution and oral absorption while maintaining the stability and scalability required for development.

Founded in 2017 and based in Leiden, the Netherlands, SeraNovo has successfully addressed difficult formulation challenges for a diverse, global client base, helping to advance promising medical therapies toward clinical success. Based in Leiden, Netherlands, SeraNovo works with global biotech and pharmaceutical partners to advance drug candidates from molecule to viable therapy.
