About Sequoia Training Services

Sequoia designs and runs leadership and team development programmes for individuals and teams within organisations all over the world. All our programmes are based on the fundamental belief that people learn best from their own experiences. 

We draw on our experience and expertise to design customised programmes which are relevant to the participants' development needs, and which maximise this experiential learning. 

For example, in the case of a leadership programme, we maximise the amount of time that participants have to experiment with different leadership styles. An important part of the design process is the diagnosis of how competencies need to be aligned with organisational goals. To this end we develop our own proprietory instruments and surveys to uncover the issues which need attention. In addition to this we are qualified to use a range of professional feedback instruments.
