Soil remediation, preparations for construction in urban sites, development of innercity sites. As a rule Sent One BV apears on site during the preparations to the excavation of a site prior to the start of construction. Our firm specialises in excavation of soil under adverse conditions retaining the needed stability of the sites surroundings during the proces. In Brownfields soil remediation is nearly allways a factor so it is also a mayor part of our services. By working closely together with the developer of the site we are used to preforming our tasks with a fixed budget and short timeframe.
