The Self-org Chefs have experience with over 15 events around self-organization consisting of multiple teams or even whole departments. Some of them have been purely self-selection, while others go some steps further and include co-creation and even self-designing of the organization.

We are creating and testing a framework based on our experience, which we want to share with you in a digital platform and in the form of a ‘cookbook’.
