​We're a group of international professionals from Ukraine with hands-on experience in business intelligence, customer analytics, CRM, targeted marketing, loyalty, and customer-centric strategies for various industries and markets. Our services include the delivery of business intelligence/customer data analytics solutions, creating BI reporting/dashboards, developing predictive models, segmentation and scoring, managing the CRM, Loyalty, and targeted marketing solutions implementation, and supporting the customer-centric business processes transformation. But beyond all, we're focusing on the CRM / CEM Strategy as an integral part of the whole business strategy. Also, we're offering training courses on CRM and customer analytics on demand.
