Het Security Management Studentenplatform is opgericht ter ondersteuning van de professionalisering van de gemotiveerde student. De vereniging helpt bij het opbouwen van een netwerk en organiseert workshops en lezingen als toevoeging op het lesprogramma van school. SMSP wil met presentatie- en communicatietraining, werkveld gerelateerde workshops, Master Classes en lezingen de student verder professionaliseren, de leden meer kennis laten maken met de branche en zo het netwerk van de student vergroten.
