Started in 1994, Scientific Volume Imaging is the sole independent company in the world that offers high quality restoration (deconvolution) and analysis software for confocal, widefield & brightfield, Spinning disc, Multi-photon, STED, Lightsheet, RCM and Array Detector microscopy. Fully automated depth-dependent PSF calculation as well as bead-based PSF measurements can be used for deconvolution. You can work with multiple 2D-3D images each up to 32 channels plus time series. Huygens offers various stand-alone solutions, web solutions and plug-ins for single users and multi-user facilities.
