About Schoonderwoerd Vlees

Established in 1945, Schoonderwoerd Vlees is a company that boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience. Ever since it was founded, the company has produced meat products, later adding the import of frozen lamb and mutton from New Zealand. As such, in 1985, we started the direct import of fresh New Zealand lamb by both sea and air. Lamb and mutton have been our specialty for a while now, but we also sell fresh and frozen beef and venison. On January 1st 2010, Schoonderwoerd Vlees was taken over by the 3rd generation of the family, when Toine Schoonderwoerd, who leaded the company since 1986, was succeeded by his two sons, Nimrod and Nigel Schoonderwoerd. This makes Schoonderwoerd Vlees a real family business, strong in international trade thanks to the experience the different generations have gained over the past few decades.
