About Sapa Sports

Sapa Sports provides Personal Training, Bootcamps and Small Group Training for companies and individuals. The location of any training will be determined in consultation with the client. The trainers are graduated at the Vrije Universiteit (Bachelor of Human Movement Sciences) in Amsterdam and have finished their internationally recognized Personal Training course at the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Every training is scientifically based by Human Movement Scientists. The Sapa Trainer starts with a detailed baseline test to measure the physical status of the body. Thereafter, the Sapa Trainer will set a realistic plan to achieve the personal goals.
