About Salvo
Salvo was born in Naples, Italy. Growing up, he traveled a lot and lived in different countries. Combine the inspiration he got from being abroad with his love for baking, and it's the beginning of SALVO.
The Netherlands has been his home for a few years now. His mission is to introduce traditional recipes, forgotten desserts, and unexpected flavors from Naples and other parts of Italy.
We have the ambition to sell our products throughout the Netherlands, but we start first here in Amsterdam!
