The Rotterdam Food Cluster organises projects in association with companies, knowledge institutions, interest groups and authorities, with the aim of stimulating employment, innovation, knowledge sharing and marketing. Rotterdam Food Cluster is an initiative by the Economics’ department of the City of Rotterdam.

The Rotterdam Food Cluster defines the ambitions of the Next Economy Roadmap. Via our extensive network we bundle strengths and create new initiatives with the Next Economy sustainable objectives as the starting point. We aim to remain the world's leading Food Region.

The Rotterdam Food Cluster allows us to connect the food sector as a whole in our region. We facilitate innovative projects, connect companies with knowledge institutions and local governments, and offer locations and possibilities to multinational, national and local food businesses. Together we look for new, sustainable business models.
