Wouldn't it be great if professionals worked together in such a way that there was plenty of room to focus on their profession: to be a good doctor for the patients, a policy officer who can focus on the citizen, a teacher who can provide good education, a service provider who can focus on the customer again.

In my work as a trainer and facilitator, I have worked extensively with organizations on issues of mutual cooperation and interpersonal communication. My goal is to get people in dialogue to themselves and each other. Asking the right questions is key to consciously addressing issues that really matter. Combining empathy and assertiveness to bring sharpness to the conversation is a real challenge. I use Dynamic Judgment-formation® as the underlying concept.

From my own company, I coach people (in organizations) with questions around speaking up, agreeing and addressing to arrive at new cultures of responsibility.
