Rombachs works from three different categories: CONCEPT A conceptual project has a message. Sometimes the message is more important than the medium. COMMISSION A commission of Rombachs is exclusive. The starting point is to look at the context, to first communicate ideas and wishes. From thereon a design starts to emerge. When a commission is understood correctly the birth and growth of the the product into being is effortless, as though it was always there. DESIGN Design has to do with product. Product has a language of stereotypes, a simplistic form. Making it simple is to make it speak on it's own.
