About ROI on Talent

I deliver opportunities for business and performance improvement in the professional services industry. There are quantum leaps possible in terms of a 10-15% increase in speed / productivity, a 10% increase in revenue and a 50% decrease in burn-out related absences. My approach for business and performance improvement is beautifully designed and easy to adopt. I build & deliver in-company learning and development programs that are founded on three pillars. The idea that tangible Return on Investment on learning is not only possible, but achievable. My partners in this endeavor are Jack en Patti Phillips of the ROI Institute. The result is learning with an amplified value. A second starting point of my work is talentdevelopment and talentmanagement. I'm driven by the idea that talent is massively underutilized in our organizations, resulting in absenteeism and productivity loss. My third and final pillar is helping businesses make future forward decisions on learning and development as an educational consultant, building innovative learning solutions.
