* Focus on ‘return on investment’: What tangible results should the event cause? * I don’t know “This is how we always do it”. Every event needs to be custom designed. Minding sensitivities while avoiding predictability and ‘North-Korean panel discussions’. For that I have creativity, a suitcase full of techniques and years of experience. * No audience, only participants. Laughing is obligatory, but we go straight to the core of the matter. * A little Roguish, but always a gentleman.
