A stone in a river always has an impact and forever shifts the flow, which is exactly how I see my role as an innovation coach in a company. By training the employees, the ingrained patterns of thinking and working are shifted and we can stimulate an (innovative) culture.

My name is Roel de Vries and I founded RiverStoneBlue to train, coach and inspire Dutch companies about ideation and innovation management. I do this on the basis of my many years of practical experience as an innovation manager and theoretical knowledge about innovation, in an energetic and enthusing way.
