Voor veel golfers is de mentale kant van het golfspel een zwak onderdeel van hun spel. Het mentale onderdeel wordt zwaar onderschat. Vrijwel alle aandacht van golfers gaat uit naar hun technische golfvaardigheden. Heel belangrijk, maar onvoldoende om een echt goede golfer te kunnen worden. Golfers kunnen naast hun techniek-tactiek-fysiek ook hun mentale golfvaardigheden verbeteren en actief mentale golftechnieken in hun golfspel gaan implementeren. Zij die daarvoor openstaan en echt daaraan gaan werken, zullen gaan ervaren dat niets onmogelijk is en enkel ‘the sky the limit is’. For many golfers the mental side of golf is a weak part of their game. The mental part is heavily underestimated. Almost all golfers focus on their technical skills. Very important, but insufficient to become a really good golfer. Golfers can - next to their technique, tactics and physical golf skills - improve and implement their mental golf skills in their golf game and create a successful mental golf attitude. Those who are open to it and really start training the mental skills and creating a positive mental golf attitude, will experience that nothing is impossible in their golf game (and normal life) and that "the sky is the limit."
