About Refugee Talent Hub

We are Refugee Talent Hub. Since 2016, we have been inspiring and enabling employers to work with newcomers, using practical, hands-on expertise. Our dream is a country where employers recognise and utilise the talents of refugees, and where refugees will be given the right opportunities in the labour market.

With our knowledge and experience, we actively inspire and support employers to recognise the talents of refugees. With topics ranging from recruitment to retention, and from personal stories to best practices. Enabling employers to apply these insights within their own organisations.

Together with our corporate partners, we create personal encounters and activities where talent takes centre stage. We focus on sustainable jobs in refugee-friendly organisations where all people - with and without a refugee background - can enter, grow, and feel at home.

Through our platform, RefugeeWork, we connect employers directly with job-seeking refugees. It is the place where talents can find a job and where teams find new joiners. Additional support is available where needed.
