Redwood Talent Acquisition is a high-touch search firm that believes in quality delivery, care for candidates and clients, and in that by going the extra mile, all positions can be filled.

We work for a few companies as their recruitment, search and sourcing partner and on their behalf we either:

1) act as their own outsourced recruitment team, handling their vacancies in one or more European markets with their country affiliates. This we typically do for regional headquarters which have an ongoing recruitment need in one or more European markets, however not vacancies enough for setting up an internal recruitment team or to hire an interim recruiter.

2) find and attract qualified candidates for difficult to fill positions. Positions that require specialized skills and/or a new skill-set to perform. Maybe they belong to a new job category. Difficult to fill positions require extra resources and search skills to fill and "this extra" is often tricky for our clients' own recruitment team to find time for. We act as their "second" specialized recruitment team that handles their difficult to fill positions.
