Large organisations have always had access to the people and infrastructure that keep things running - Chiefs of Staff, COOs, transformation leads, and consultancies on speed dial. Smaller and growing businesses face the same challenges with none of that support. Not because they need it less. Because it's never been built for them.

Recursive 8 exists to change that.

We work with business owners and leadership teams who know something needs to change but can't see exactly what - or don't have the capacity to drive it through. We sit between strategy and execution and help them do something about it.

Two ways we help: ・Get clarity - for business owners who know something isn't working but are too close to see what. We look at how the business actually operates and give them a clear picture of what to fix. ・Get it fixed - for leadership teams who don't need another report. They need someone who can take complexity off their plate and stay until things move.

Founded by Angie Doyle, an operations and transformation leader with 25+ years of experience across global organisations, boutique consulting firms, and growing businesses. The same person who diagnoses the problem does the work - no hand-off to junior staff.

We use tools like GenAI where they genuinely help - practically, without code, and without buying anything unnecessary. Not as a strategy in itself, but as part of getting the basics right.
