About RE_NATURE

RE_NATURE is a platform for art and nature. Our first festival took place in 2021 in Den Boch (at Tramkade, the creative area near Willem Twee, de Verkadefabriek, and Social Label Lab/Werkwarenhuis). The festival comprised over forty works of art, two exhibitions, and a comprehensive program of activities. A second exhibition manifestation by RE_NATURE opened in 2023: the Oase van Verwondering - ecological art route at and through Ruigoord (near Amsterdam). This manifestation will continue yearly and can be visited year round. The second RE_NATURE festival will be held connected to this manifestation at Ruigoord 21/22 September 2024.

RE_NATURE is curated by Imke Ruigrok.

The first edition of RE_NATURE was organized by Future of Work (FOW), a foundation that seeks to connect the creative imaginations of future innovations with the (professional) practice of tomorrow.
