About RAIZ Movement House

RAIZ offers six different & unique class formats that provide our clients with targeted endurance and flexibility training as well as power and conditioning, bringing together elements from the schools of yoga, pilates, barre, gymnastics, and HIIT.

RAIZ is all about community-building (none of that conveyor-belt style fitness); we have an all-vegan café in which our clients are invited to have a coffee or baked good before or after their class to get to know each other as well as our staff.

Working from home? Amazing, RAIZ's café can also be used as a workspace throughout the entire day. We adopt a holistic approach to MOVEMENT while placing an extra emphasis on the social dimension.
