About Raise the Bar cocktails

Raise The Bar is a collective of experts in hospitality. Co-founders Giannini and Dior have over 25 years of combined experience as high-end cocktail bar managers and in international event organisation and management. They founded Raise The Bar, after opening several successful luxury establishments in Amsterdam, to share their talents in hospitality and help other brands and businesses leverage their full potential.

It should come as no surprise that we love cocktails. But what we love even more is creating unique & unforgettable experiences with them. That’s why we carefully select the number of clients we work with, allowing us to work closely over the long-term, raising the bar for customer experience together.
