About QUENO Sportopleidingen

QUENO Education provides quality training in the field of sports, dance, nutrition and mental relaxation. We ensure that your instructor the tools they get held to teach well. Knowledge, scientific evidence, theory and practice, own skills and innovation are key words QUENO Education. QUENO Education was founded in 2005 by Annemiek Smegen. The team of master trainers is still controlled by Annemiek and she regularly gives courses themselves. The courses are always no-nonsense, short and intense.

QUENO Training provides basic training to include Yoga Teacher; Yin, Poweryoga, Vinyasa, MindFit, Pilates Instructor, Lecturer Kinderyoga and Kickboxing Instructor (Semmy Schilt®). In addition, a wide range of further training and specialization for different target groups and disciplines. The courses are suitable for sports instructors, people who work within the health sector, child care, physiotherapy, primary and special education. Many students come back frequently for deepening and specialization in their field.
