Risk: PSJ uses the RISKMAN-methode for the execution of risk analyses. In te RISKMAN-methode:

- a risk is described; - causes are given; - consequences are identified for the operation when the risk occurs.

This is the first step: a description for the unwanted events, causes and consequences. The second step is setting the chance, the impact and the level of control.

Security: The security concept of PSJ takes care that the implementation of security for different types of objects of an organisation will be done effectively and efficiently. The outline and design of the Handbook Security gives an organsiation the possibility itself to develop site specific solutions for objects fitting in their own business processes and based on strategic, tactical and operational choices for the management of security.

PSJ:

- takes care of the initial development of the Handbook Security; - manages the needed periodical changes; - trains employees so that they are able to execute site security plans themselves; - delivers site security plans; - review on quality; - offers dedicated software.

Judgment (ORT): The support of the Objective Ranking Tool (ORT), a webbased software application, is multi-functional to make comparisons. ORT helps for example to:

- prioritise risk locations and circumstances based on a defined threat; - define the vulnerability and resilience of organisations to natural hazards and extreme weather; - judge alternatives when taking decisions and compare the outcome with the 'ideal' solution; - decide in questions of ranking to define the best shop or product; - analyse in questions of compliancy which elements score well and which don't; - choose the best candidate in recruitment and selection; - make the best choice in tender processes; - find the best partner in a dating process; - choose the best energy- or telecom provider for a specific group of customers.
