About PSC2 Public Sector Capacity Centre

PSC2 is a research consultancy organization that conducts traditional consultancy and advisory work as well as more research-oriented work.

We conduct research to increase our understanding of organizations in different ecologies and to uncover patterns and dynamics supporting or hindering performance improvement and the development of professionalism. This research is subsequently used to inform our assessment and advisory work and recommendations to provide effective solutions for our clients.

PSC2 was founded by the two practitioners with extensive experience in the design and implementation of consultancy projects in different contexts around the world. Observing the recurrence of structural issues in effecting performance improvement led these consultants to develop their own systemic assessment methodology, the Kaleidoscan, and to found PSC2.

We are driven to achieve performance solutions that work for organizations in their context.
