Proshore builds and operates embedded engineering teams for enterprise IT environments.

We work with mid-sized and enterprise organizations where digital ambition is clear, but execution slows under roadmap pressure, technical complexity, and competing priorities.

Our teams integrate into existing IT structures and governance. We help organizations deliver strategic roadmaps predictably, modernize legacy systems without freezing progress, and support business initiatives without creating friction.

We do not operate as a staffing vendor. We work as a long-term extension of internal engineering capability.

Today, 90+ engineers work through our academy-driven ecosystem in Nepal, supporting European organizations in a stable and sustainable way.
