Als we iets willen bereiken moeten we het samen doen. PALDA stelt zich tot taak te verbinden, niet alleen Afro Latin dansschoolhouders en lesgevers, maar ook performers, event organisatoren en DJs. PALDA wil bereikt dat door de dialoog op te zoeken, en niet alleen binnen het Afro Latin Dansgebied, maar ook met partijen daarbuiten. Helder, transparant en eerlijk, met input van iedereen.
