About Pro Poor Projects Foundation

The Pro Poor Projects Foundation initiates, manages and jointly implements projects that stimulate pro poor growth. In this, Pro Poor Projects encourages a reliance on local assets, complemented by strengthening of local institutions and empowerment of local communities through dialogue, participation, and consensus building. With a variety of (semi) public and societal stakeholders in Sri Lanka and the Netherlands, several projects have been initiated and completed. We are a declared ‘Institution for General Benefit’ (ANBI) in the Netherlands
