About Private Yogi

Emily started her yogic path in 2010 shortly after experiencing a difficult labour. She had to let go of her body to bring her child into the world. 'Where did I go? Can I go back?'​ She wondered. This experience sparked her interest for yoga.

Her practice deepened in 2012, when she started her Raja Teacher Training with Yogicharya Annemiek Latour (4 years, 600 hours - VYN, SYN and RYN). In 2017 she fell in love with Restorative/Yin Yoga and followed classes with various teachers at Delight Yoga (+300 hours). In 2018 she followed an advanced Yin Teacher Training at De Nieuwe Yogaschool (50 hours - RYT) with Alison Melvin.

Emily offers private meditation and yoga sessions and organises yoga experiences. She shares what yoga has to offer out of love. For life, for freedom and inner peace.
