7-10% of the world has personality disorders. We're here, we're working, and we're done being the problem. The reality is personality disorders are an invisible disability. Our struggles aren't seen, they're dismissed, misunderstood, or ignored entirely. We are told to adapt, fix ourselves, and become ""normal". The truth is, we have incredibly gifts and our perspectives go to waste because workplaces, co-workers and leaders won't accommodate us.

Prism is here to change the conversation. Different does not equal deficient. Our ways of thinking add value, creativity, and unique problem-solving. My goal is to create workplaces where neurodivergent and personality-disordered individuals thrive.

Prism embraces true inclusion - where everyone's differences are celebrated instead of being a problem to "fix".
