And we train key staff to develop the associated skills themselves. We guide - We guide firms in their servitization journey. As consultants and project managers. We lead - We drive results as accountable (interim) managers.

OUR PROPOSITION - WHAT IT IS WE DO We build service factories – We make service operations high-performing: faster (accelerate lead-time), better (increase quality of service) and more efficient (decrease cost to serve). We develop service businesses - We grow revenue from (new) services profitably. We monetize servitization value - We make it worthwhile to invest in servitization.
