Polaris Foundation is a development, networking and empowerment platform for professionals and entrepreneurs embracing diversity and inclusion and focusing on making gender equality a reality.

We are focused on making a difference in bridging the gender equality gap by promoting building diverse and inclusive teams that better serve the companies, team members and society at large as well as by empowering individuals to live their dreams and realize their potential.

Our Friends and Fans, women and men, represent a broad range of perspectives, backgrounds and sectors. In our community you can meet professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, artists and many others.

Our history: Ingrid Veling and Renata Mrazova founded Polaris Foundation in The Netherlands in November 2016. Since then, the organization has brought to you many events and workshops focusing on topics like: leadership, sustainability, personal branding, diversity and inclusion. Moreover, since 2017, yearly 12-month-long Mentoring Programs have been connecting ambitious Mentees with incredible Mentors who have served them with advice, guidance and support.
