About Plant Empowerment

Plant Empowerment is a global knowledge platform and foundation focused on helping growers better understand how plants function, and how this understanding can lead to healthier crops, better yields, higher resilience and more sustainable growing systems.

What started with the book “Growing by Plant Empowerment” has evolved into an international movement where growers, consultants, researchers and technology partners work together to continuously develop and share practical knowledge.

As the horticultural industry faces increasing challenges around climate, energy, water use and crop health, we believe the solution starts with understanding the plant itself.

Today, our focus increasingly lies on plant health: understanding how environmental conditions, rootzone dynamics, biology, nutrition and plant balance interact to influence crop resilience and performance.

Through webinars, courses, e-books, greenhouse sessions, live events and practical case studies, we help growers translate complex plant processes into practical growing decisions.

Together with our global community and partners, we continue exploring one central question:

How can we better understand the plant, so we can grow healthier crops with fewer resources and lower emissions?
