We’re Phoenix, a boutique brand strategy, research & insights consultancy founded in 2019 along Amsterdam’s pretty canals.

With roots in brand, heart in creating a better future, and mind in applying design principles to all challenges, we love to work with brands that expand people’s potential and improve how we live.

- Created a new global brand positioning and personality for Marriott Bonvoy, and helped teams apply this from Loyalty sign ups to Social

- Trained agencies in Big Idea thinking

- Helped Noom launch Noom Med, bringing behavior change into the GLP-1 space to create a more effective experience and lasting change

- Helped reposition Muse and inspire a new visual identity as they kickstart an exciting pivot into brain health x AI

- Helped Noom rethink the design and content of new co-branded "course packs" on topics like Stress, Aging, Movement and Sleep (in partnership with OURA)
