Can you recall your best dish ever? What made it good? The ingredients, the timing, the chef and his team? Or was it the magic that happened in between?

At Phidias Community Cooking we organize competitions related to property, town and country planning. Without a cookery book, but with a lot of experience and great sense of architecture and design, we constantly create new dishes through a careful yet creative consideration of all relevant aspects. Sometimes we make a funky alteration to grandma’s trusted recipe. Often we let go of all the familiar. And always, the dish surprises when it is served. What we cook appeals to senses of our guests. Some come in and have a bite!
