Peter Estate is a European coastal-development company built around a simple idea: overlooked land can become a place of ownership, community and long-term value for the African diaspora.

We identify and pursue underused coastal sites across Southern Europe, then work through the full development journey—from initial scouting and option agreements to planning, local partnerships and investor structures.

Our goal is to develop vacation communities where diaspora investors can participate in ownership, not simply visit as guests. Peter Estate remains invested alongside each project because we are building for the long term.

Our current pipeline includes opportunities in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy and the Adriatic region. Phase 01 is focused on Andalucía, Spain, where site scouting and early development research are underway.

We work with diaspora investors, local legal and construction partners, municipalities and community organisations. The ambition is bigger than a holiday property: to create places where people can invest, return, gather and pass something meaningful forward.
