Picture a fish market with daily changing availability, a dynamic pricing system ensuring zero food waste, and an active participation model that imparts knowledge about our products.

In alignment with our philosophy, we have established the Pesca Foundation. Through this foundation, we fund ideas that contribute to a healthier planet. Together, we strive to safeguard our oceans by maintaining robust fish stocks, reducing the plastic pollution in our seas, and supporting durable initiatives within the fishing industry.

Looking ahead, we have a big plan ready driven by our mission and philosophy: we would like to open more Pesca theatres in different cities worldwide. We aim to connect with those who care about choosing seafood responsibly. When guests dine at our restaurants, they are not just having a meal, they are supporting the idea of responsible fish consumption. This teamwork is vital to make sure we can keep serving fish in our theatres for the next hundred years and even longer.
