About Perception Management

Good collaborations are key to high project performance. I give advice on improving collaborations between client and contractor in projects by increasing focus on underlying perceptions at both sides. These perceptions are (often) not shared. The motto "turning feelings into facts"​ is achieved using an instrument that is developed based upon my PhD research.

So far, I supported companies in aligning their collaboration (usually involving multiple projects). Currently, I develop a collaboration maturity model to be used by a client in its collaborations with contractors. Furthermore I facilitate project start-ups and follow-ups.
